Several years ago, after a catastrophic fire, we were looking for a general contractor to replace our vacation, log home. My wife and I happened across a home in Crystal Lakes Colorado, which had recently been completed by Chadwick’s Construction and decided to hire them as contractors for the construction of our home. Now that our vacation home has been completed we have found our experience with Chadwick’s Construction to be superior in every respect.Ken Chadwick and his son Chad exhibit excellence and quality in every aspect of their work and have often given recommendations during the construction process which have resulted in a cheaper yet sounder and more aesthetically pleasing finished product. There were numerous times during the construction of our home that these recommendations resulted in architectural changes, which improved upon the original design of our home.Since the completion of our log home we have purchased a large turn of the century Victorian home as our primary residence. After the excellent experience with Chadwick’s Construction we have continued to employ Ken and Chad to help with the repair and renovation of this structure.
